Our Purpose

That's where the 2Principals come in. Kevin and Jason, two experienced leaders in education, are dedicated to helping everyday leaders learn practical ways to reduce stress, improve physical & mental health, and live a more balanced and fulfilled life.

When you're feeling stressed out and overwhelmed, it's hard to make good decisions or inspire others. Meet Kevin & Jason

The concept for 2Principals was organically born from our own personal journeys related to seeking ways to improve our overall health and wellness as we continue on our leadership journey.

Kevin Jost

CO-FOUNDER/CREATIVE DESIGN &TECHNOLOGY

Kevin began his career in education as a Special Education Teacher, but has worked in several roles in education over the last 15 years and is currently serving as a High School Assistant Principal. Kevin enjoys being as active as possible and over the last several years on his journey back to health, his passion for endurance events of all kinds has grown. Kevin regularly competes in triathlon, but his favorite activity is running and is in the early stages of taking on new long distance running adventures. Kevin and his wife, Koreen, have really developed a shared passion for chasing health and wellness as well as chasing their two dogs:)

Jason Paurus

CO-FOUNDER/PRODUCER & SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR

Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife Becky, adult kids Blake, Mackenzie and Evan along with the family dog Scooby. Jason loves being out in nature walking trails or spending time around our beautiful lakes.  Anytime Jason can spend time on a patio or deck soaking in the sun or just enjoying a good ole fashion BBQ with friends is time well spent. Jason also enjoys spending time on strength training and time on the treadmill or elliptical if he’s not outside enjoying the fresh air.  Jason and his wife Becky continue to put their focus on health and wellness!  Jason is grateful for his time in education as he has worked as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and currently principal.
