“The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.”

— Abraham Maslow

What to Expect

In this pillar, you’ll learn simple, science-backed ways to reclaim your attention and lower stress so you can lead with calm and clarity. We’ll open with a two-minute nervous-system reset to settle your mind, then a quick self-assessment to spot your biggest attention drains and stress triggers. From there, you’ll listen to a short podcast that explains what’s happening in your brain when you’re distracted and which levers actually help (sleep, light, movement, mindful minutes). You’ll then apply hands-on strategies: time-boxing and single-task sprints, notification triage, environment cues that promote focus, and a micro-mindfulness routine you can do anywhere. You’ll wrap by building a personal Focus Plan with clear non-negotiables, recovery rituals, and simple metrics you can track in under two minutes a day.
